We do not accept any return products unless there is a damage, breakage or crack when you open the package.
To return your item(s) for a credit note or where possible make an exchange, visit any EffnBee Lifestyle store within 14 days for a store purchase or an online purchase.
Personalized items are non-returnable.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, EffNBee Lifestyle may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all items that are returned.
For any returns, the original packaging and correct billing details, where applicable, need to still be in place.
Defective items/ Damaged items

We reserve the right to reject claims if not notified within 24 hours.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, you will be entitled to one of the following remedies:
1. Tier 1: within 28 days* of receiving the defective item, you can choose to receive either:
• A repair or replacement
2. Tier 2: if the repair or replacement is not possible, or if it is unsuccessful or cannot be provided to you in a reasonable time, then you can choose to either:
• Keep the defective item and claim a price reduction (the amount of the price reduction will be determined by EffNBee Lifestyle depending on what is reasonable in the circumstances); or
• Return the defective item and claim a refund (but note that if you have had the goods for more than 30 days, no refund is applicable on the products.
If you think you have received a defective item, please return the items back to EffNBee Lifestyle within 48 hours including details where possible of:
• Your Order Number
• Product Code/Product Name
• Details of the fault
• Whether you would prefer a repair or replacement
Sometimes we run into situations where we are unable to provide the same item back to you in exchange. In those cases, we will process a refund for the order rather than exchanging it. You should receive an email detailing your return process and whether we are providing you with an exchange or refund.
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within a week of having returned the item but it takes longer sometimes.
Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
